I made my first $10,000 month by working 4 hours/day

I did the opposite of what online business gurus told me.

I was told:

"You have to grind a minimum of 12-hour days to make your first $10k/pm"

And I followed that advice at the beginning of my journey.

12 months of 10+ hour workdays, 7 days a week.

No results to show for it.

Only burn-out & confusion.

One thing that got me the most was seeing people with the same business (a marketing agency) crushing it while working less.

I didn't understand how.

But I desperately needed to know because, at that time, I was still attending university so I had 4-6 hours max to leverage every day.

Deep down I didn't believe I could do it.

But I went ahead and tried.

Here's what I did in 45 days to make it happen from 0:

1) I analyzed my time & the tasks I was working on.

2) I realized I wasn't working on the right things.

3) I got rid of 80% of the things I was doing.

4) I focused only on the 20% that moved the needle forward.

5) I simplified my business (one offer, one avatar, one service).

6) I got extremely clear about what I wanted to achieve and how.

7) I automated and delegated tasks to free up my time.

8) I optimized my performance to show up at a high level every day.

9) I started thinking & behaving like a $10k/pm business owner.

10) I took at least 1 day off to recharge every week.

My output skyrocketed.

My income did as well.

I was signing better, high-ticket, clients.

I was also able to show up better for them and my team.

I had more time and freedom every day.

I wasn't working more hours and doing more.

I was working efficiently on things that matter.

And I became a different version of myself.

A version that is capable of making 5-figures per month.
