Hustle culture is overrated
Here’s the truth about today’s hustle culture – it’s overrated.
I used to think it was cool to work 12-14 hour days and talk about it.
I used to think it’s admirable to see entrepreneurs do that.
What I also heard them say is:
“Just focus on work, forget about your personal life”
“Work 12-hour days or you’re not gonna achieve your goals”
“Cut people off”
“Wake up at 4 AM”
“Do ice baths and 5km runs every morning”
I followed every advice to an extreme.
I made no progress because I hated my life & business.
So I decided to stop falling for the trap of hustle culture.
I didn’t want to be 80 years old and regret that I didn’t spend more time with my family, travel the world & experience all the nicest things that the world has to offer.
I built a business around my life:
→ I stopped wasting time on tasks that don’t matter.
→ I became more efficient and now I get 8-12 hours of work done in 2-4 hours.
→ I stopped having a complex & long morning routine.
I started to enjoy my life.
As a result, my business started to grow like never before.
TL;DR: Enjoy your life while you grow your business & do it your way.
